How do I submit my abstract?
The works must reflect the various scientific knowledge topics indicated in the call and be sent by completing the form and complying with the guidelines detailed below.
The deadline for submitting abstracts is until November 25 (Final term). The abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee of the Symposium, who will communicate their decision via email.

Guidelines for abstract submission
Each abstract must follow the guidelines and formalities contained in the file "Guidelines for the submission of papers SIRGeAC 2023". Download the file at the link.
Form
To send your abstract or abstracts you must complete the following form, attaching the files of the abstract(s). The deadline for abstract submission is November 25 (final deadline).
Abstract evaluation
The abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee. The selection criteria are:
- Pertinence with the scope of the Symposium.
- Relevance to the sections, areas and themes of the Symposium.
- Scientific contribution.
- Relevance for the participants of the Symposium.
The Scientific Committee will decide on the acceptance or rejection of a proposal; reserving the right to modify the type of presentation and section proposed by the authors.

If your abstract or abstracts were accepted, you must make the payment of your registration in the following link or via bank transfer (view transfer information).
