How do I submit my abstract?

The works must reflect the various scientific knowledge topics indicated in the call and be sent by completing the form and complying with the guidelines detailed below.

The deadline for submitting abstracts is until November 25 (final deadline). The summaries will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee of the Symposium, who will communicate their decision. For questions, write to resumes@sirgeac2023.cl.

The presenter of the work must register paying the corresponding value and download the voucher, which must be attached to the form.

Guidelines for abstract submission

Abstracts must follow the guidelines and formalities contained in the file "Guidelines for the submission of papers SIRGeAC 2023". Download the file in the link.

Complete the form

Once you have registered and have your abstract or abstracts ready, complete the following form and attach the abstract files/s and the registration payment receipt.

Abstract evaluation

The abstracts will be evaluated by the Scientific Committee, the selection criteria will be the following:

  • Pertinence with the scope of the Symposium.
  • Relevance to the sections, areas and themes of the Symposium.
  • Scientific contribution.
  • Relevance for the participants of the Symposium.

The Scientific Committee will decide on the acceptance or rejection of a proposal; reserving the right to modify the type of presentation and section proposed by the authors.
