Carlos Ospina is a Biologist, Master of Science - Microbiology, with professional experience in different areas of Science, Technology and Innovation applied to the agricultural and environmental sector. It has knowledge in the integral management of biodiversity and its ecosystem services for the development of goods and services that promote the bioeconomy of the country. His trajectory and interdisciplinary training have allowed him to carry out research and development activities, through the execution of projects for the generation of bioproducts, as well as to formulate and implement policies, plans and programs that have facilitated the sustainable use of biodiversity and their ecosystem services, involving the private and public sectors and communities in favor of sustainable development.
